Appointments are available in-person in Orange or via video consultations, making it easy to work together wherever you’re located.

  • Initial Nutrition & Wellness Consultation (new clients)

    Cost $130

    Wanting to address specific concerns through nutrition and lifestyle changes? Then this is the place to start!

    This initial consultation includes:

    Client health, family history & lifestyle screening

    Nutritional intake review

    Recommendations and tailored advice

    Tools and resources to improve your health

    Detailed post-session notes

    Subsequent Nutrition & Wellness Consultations for existing clients are available for $110/hour.

  • Nutrition & Wellness Goal Setting

    Cost $240

    If you are looking to improve your overall health and/or body composition through diet and lifestyle, but need some guidance and direction - this package is for you.

    Camilla helps you to establish sustainable, measurable and achievable goals, a practical course of action to get you there plus loads of tools and resources to make it all a breeze.

    Includes two 60 minute appointments.

  • Goal Setting plus Ongoing Health & Accountability Coaching

    Cost - $240 (initial fee) + $190/month for 3 months (minimum term)

    All of the above inclusions, with the addition of:

    Initial Nutrition & Wellness Consultation

    Nutrition & Wellness Goal Setting.

    Weekly check-ins via audio/video message

    Weekly recipe inspiration - seasonal, delicious, family-friendly meals that you'll actually want to cook and eat

    Monthly 30 min review (face-to-face or via Zoom)

    On-demand nutrition & lifestyle support - menu planning, food diary reviews, exercise programming, label reading & general nutrition or lifestyle advice

    Tools, resources & templates to help you reach your goals
